JTS Growth is seeking a TikTok Shop Content Creator to develop short-form content that is designed to attract attention, increase conversions, and support brand growth on TikTok Shop. The role is full-time, remote, and begins as soon as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research current trends, generate hook ideas, and build content concepts that are made to stop the scroll and drive sales.
  • Create short-form videos, including product demonstrations, street interviews, founder-led stories, and UGC-style content.
  • Write compelling scripts for TikTok Shop and other short-form platforms, adapting the message to the product, audience, and platform style.
  • Work closely with editors, creators, and account managers to turn ideas into polished, high-performing content.
  • Track how content performs and use data, feedback, and learnings to improve future scripts and creative direction.
  • Communicate with clients regularly, share progress updates, understand their needs, and handle concerns professionally.

Skills and Experience Needed

The ideal candidate should be strong in persuasive copywriting and comfortable creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. You should be able to think creatively while also using performance data to guide improvements. Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients are also essential.

Additional Information

This is a full-time remote position with an immediate start date. Compensation is listed as up to $6,000 per month, with room for pay growth as the business scales. Applicants must submit a portfolio with their application.

Responsibilities

  • Study trends, develop hooks, and build creative concepts that are built to convert.
  • Produce short-form video content such as product demos, street-style interviews, founder narratives, and UGC-inspired pieces.
  • Draft persuasive scripts for short-form video campaigns aligned to each product, audience segment, and platform format.
  • Coordinate with editors, creators, and account managers to bring concepts to life effectively.
  • Assess content performance and adjust future scripts and strategies based on analytics and feedback.
  • Keep clients informed, manage ongoing communication, and address questions or concerns as they arise.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to write sharp, persuasive copy with a direct-response approach.
  • Hands-on experience creating or scripting content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-led iteration and optimization.
