This role sits within the Business Law division of Allstate’s Law and Regulation department and offers the opportunity to counsel on a wide range of complex commercial agreements by primarily supporting Allstate’s non\-insurance businesses. This position is ideal for an experienced attorney who brings strong business acumen and transactional skills, embraces complexity, and enjoys partnering with sales and other cross\-functional teams to drive results for multiple business areas.### **Key Responsibilities** ### ***You will:*** * Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements—especially those involving the sale of technology, data, or service arrangements. * Provide real\-time, business\-focused commercial legal advice on complex commercial contracts and in areas such as technology and privacy. * Effectively collaborate across business units, compliance, and legal teams to identify issues, drive solutions, and complete commercial transactions. * Lead development of templates, playbooks, and process improvements to support efficient contract review and negotiation. * Anticipate legal issues and offer practical, innovative solutions in fast\-paced and dynamic business environments. * Help foster alignment between business goals and legal frameworks in regulated industries. * Navigate ambiguity with confidence and help shape emerging business models and opportunities. * Contribute to a culture of open dialogue and collaborative problem solving across a distributed, virtual team. * This is a remote role with travel required.
