RibéSalat busca incorporar en su equipo de Madrid un/a Business Developer Caución para el área de Caución .

La posición está orientada a profesionales con experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, captación de prescriptores y clientes corporativos, y conocimiento del ramo de caución. ¿Qué harás en tu día a día? Ejecutar el Plan Estratégico Comercial del Área de Caución. Diseñar propuestas de valor diferenciadas por tipo de prescriptor.

Detectar nuevas oportunidades sectoriales o geográficas y realizar seguimiento de acciones comerciales. Captar, activar y fidelizar prescriptores en segmentos clave del mercado inmobiliario y financiero. Actuar como la cara visible del Área de Caución ante prescriptores estratégicos.

Realizar seguimiento constante de actividad, incidencias y oportunidades, activando planes de retención cuando sea necesario. Asegurar una experiencia de servicio clara, ágil y de máximo nivel para prescriptores y clientes. Asesorar en la preparación de expedientes conforme a criterios aseguradores y preparar documentación comercial sintetizada.

Identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada hacia otros ramos de RibéSalat y coordinar propuestas conjuntas con otras áreas. Coordinar con equipos internos el flujo de expedientes, priorizar operaciones y colaborar con Marketing en materiales y argumentarios. Mantener una relación fluida con aseguradoras, coordinar operaciones complejas y trasladar novedades de mercado.

Detectar necesidades formativas, diseñar formaciones para prescriptores y representar al área en eventos, ferias y encuentros sectoriales. ¿Qué buscamos? Grado en ADE, Económicas, Derecho o similar .

Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en desarrollo de negocio en el ramo de caución .

Experiencia en trato con prescriptores y clientes corporativos . Nivel de inglés alto valorable. ¿Qué te ofrecemos?

Contrato a jornada completa .

Salario competitivo. Modelo híbrido de teletrabajo , con turnos rotativos 1-2 según las necesidades del departamento.
