Buscamos: El trabajo de Spa Attendant se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando: Garantiza el buen funcionamiento del Spa comprobando el estado de los equipos y productos, así como de la limpieza de las áreas y zonas comunes del spa. Asiste a los terapeutas en caso de necesitar ayuda en el montaje de cabina para los tratamientos. Se promueve la comunicación con todos los departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a los huéspedes y a la operativa del hotel.

Garantiza que se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto son: Reponer puntualmente todos los artículos necesarios en el spa. Prestar servicio con prontitud, cortesía y precisión, solicitar, recoger existencias y suministros del Spa. Garantizar la limpieza del spa y de la propia sala de tratamiento.

Gestionar todos los comentarios de los clientes, e informar de cualquier rotura, ayudar a los terapeutas a preparar los tratamientos o baños cuando sea necesario, garantizar la limpieza y el orden dentro del spa y en las zonas comunes.

What we are looking for: The job of Spa Attendant is successfully executed when: Ensures the smooth running of the spa by checking the state of the equipment and products, as well as the cleanliness of the spa's common areas and zones. Assists the therapists in case they need help in setting up the cabin for treatments. Promotes communication with all departments regarding issues that may affect guests and hotel operations in any way.

Energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.

The usual responsibilities of the position are: replenish all necessary items in spa promptly. Greet the guest upon entering the spa in a kindly manner. Maintain the water in the spa areas. Provide service promptly, courteously, and accurately, request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels, evaluate the operations and procedures, and suggest improvements to the Assistant Spa Director/Head Attendant.

Ensure the cleanliness of the spa and own treatment room. Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition, handle all guest complaints and record all guest comments, report any breakage, damage & loss to the Team Leaders, assist the Therapists/Practitioners to prepare for treatments or baths when needed ensuring cleanliness and tidiness within the spa and in communal areas.
