Role Overview:

You will join our growing global service delivery team implementing and offering support on the HRS-wide portfolio of products to hospitality-related companies in Spain. Implementing and providing support on the PMS products as well as HRS’s products. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, customer oriented, passionate about digital transformation within the hospitality industry through innovative technologies and software.

Key responsibilities:

  • Participation in support/implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs across the region
  • Handle customer cases, triage the inbound case load and reviewing the existing owned and escalated cases
  • Ensure familiarity with new product releases as they become available
  • Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development
  • Work with the support/implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded
  • Conduct user training
  • Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate by management
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience either in the support or installation & configuration of Hospitality PMS products or as user of Opera PMS or similar.
  • Experience of working with competitive hospitality products including PMS, POS or Spa systems.
  • Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL would be a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Free to travel extensively and for extended periods of time.
Languages:
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Fluent in Spanish both written and spoken.
