As an Associate Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients harness the full potential of our innovative technology and platform. 

Remote role based in the US. Candidates must be physically located within the US.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with clients to immerse them in our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience. You will provide exceptional support and client service, addressing their needs and fostering long-term relationships. You will be the voice of the customer, ensuring our product roadmap is aligned with our clients’ needs and to support all initiatives to grow our client engagements. You will be a champion of Retail Collaboration to our clients and within NIQ. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging pre‑recorded product demos and training sessions using appropriate software. 
  • Document, refine, and optimize digital development processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
  • Partner with subject matter experts to validate technical and content requirements, producing high‑quality materials with minimal supervision. 
  • Conduct needs assessments to ensure relevant training content is created, maintained, and accessible. 
  • Build and strengthen client relationships across collaboration programs, driving engagement and business growth. 
  • Communicate effectively and professionally, resolving client issues promptly while consistently delivering value. 
  • Train and consult internal and external clients on analytics using NIQ tools and datasets, providing guidance on best practices for integrating insights into CPG workflows (e.g., category reviews, joint business planning, assortment rationalization, product innovation). 
  • Manage multiple priorities across diverse collaboration programs with strong project management skills. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Training, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience designing and delivering digital training programs. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields such as sales, category management, market research, or analytics. 
  • Strong consultative skills with proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver innovative solutions. 
  • Solid understanding of the data analytics industry, including business models, products, services, and solutions. 
  • Experience in a SaaS environment preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages preferred. 
  • Familiarity with NIQ products and solutions is an advantage. 
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Working knowledge of Power BI is preferred. 

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $69,800-$85,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
