<p><p>FRENCH SELECTION (FS) </p> <p><b>Spanish speaking Sales Manager Pharma supplements </b> </p> <p><b>Location: London </b> </p> <p><b>Hybrid work: 3 days per week in the office </b> </p> <p><b>Salary: OTE circa £90,000 per annum </b> </p> <p><b>Ref: 727LT </b> </p> <p>To apply using our preferred format, please visit the French Selection website, go to the vacancies page, and search job reference: 727LT </p> <h2>The Company </h2> <p>A UK-based healthcare business specialising in pharmaceuticals, OTC products, vitamins and nutraceuticals, with a growing international presence. </p> <h2>Main Duties </h2> <p>Drive commercial growth across LATAM by managing distributors, pharmacy chains, key accounts and healthcare professionals within regulated healthcare markets. </p> <h2>The Role </h2> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver regional sales and market access strategies </li> <li>Manage and grow distributor networks across Latin America </li> <li>Build relationships with pharmacy groups, hospitals and HCPs </li> <li>Support new market entry, product registrations and launches </li> <li>Oversee forecasting, pricing and regional P&L </li> <li>Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations and export requirements </li> <li>Work with medical, regulatory and marketing teams on campaigns and education initiatives </li> <li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity </li> <li>Report performance to senior leadership </li> <li>International travel: % </li> </ul> <h2>The Candidate </h2> <ul> <li>Senior experience in international sales or export within pharmaceutical, OTC, nutraceutical or healthcare sectors </li> <li>Proven success managing distributors in Export markets ideally LATAM </li> <li>Strong knowledge of regional regulatory and compliance requirements </li> <li>Experience engaging pharmacy chains, hospitals or healthcare professionals </li> <li>Fluency in Spanish essential, Portuguese advantageous </li> <li>Strong commercial, negotiation and strategic planning skills </li> <li>Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field; MBA desirable </li> </ul> <h2>Salary </h2> <p>£80,000 base salary plus 15% achievable performance bonus (OTE circa £90,000) plus benefits </p> <p>French Selection is a leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business across industries and services.
