We focus on the execution and implementation of structured finance issuances for clients on a global basis. Issuer Services is part of Citi's Services division which provides global institutional clients with a wide range of product solutions. <br><br><b>What you'll do</b></p><ul><li>Delivering of structured finance services through review, negotiation and execution of documentation for new transactions and amendments to and updates of existing transactions</li><li>Managing a portfolio of structured finance transactions that include the cash management role</li><li>Building and developing client relationships</li><li>Working with Client Analytics Management team to ensure proper set up of models</li><li>Ensuring accurate creation, verification, and actioning of diary dates for future events derived from relevant documentation</li><li>Providing support to Sales on new business prospects, as required</li><li>Participating in deal review as appropriate</li><li>Any other duties as required</li></ul><b>What we'll need from you</b><ul><li>Knowledge of the Issuer Corporate Trust product and structured finance market advantageous</li><li>Working knowledge of Structured Finance transactions and prior cash management experience advantageous</li><li>Understanding of transaction documentation, deal execution and/or legal experience desirable</li><li>Good client skills essential</li><li>Proven inter-personal/communication skills</li><li>Strong administrative skills</li><li>Excel Skills - intermediate level and above</li><li>University Degree preferred or relevant industry experience</li></ul><b>What we can offer you</b><br><br>This is a role that will offer you to the opportunity to build a deep understanding of the Structured Finance product, and develop relationships with Citi's book of global clients.
