You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight, processing, and analysis of financial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Your insights will directly influence budgeting, forecasting and business performance initiatives across the company. </p> <h2>As Our Senior FP&A Analyst You Will </h2> <ul> <li>Support the Financial Controller and CFO in delivering financial planning, analysis and insights to drive strategic and operational decisions. </li> <li>Prepare and maintain monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary on key drivers and risks. </li> <li>Assist with budgeting, reforecasting and rolling forecasts, ensuring timely, accurate and well‑communicated outputs. </li> <li>Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, growth initiatives, cost‑saving opportunities and capital expenditure decisions. </li> <li>Analyse operational performance, cost drivers and overheads, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability. </li> <li>Partner with project and operational leads to track performance, analyse spend and highlight variances and risks with proposed actions. </li> <li>Support cash‑flow forecasting, working capital analysis and liquidity monitoring, flagging key risks and opportunities. </li> <li>Prepare board and senior management reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity and alignment with Group policies. </li> <li>Improve financial processes, reporting automation and controls, leveraging Excel and financial systems to enhance efficiency. </li> <li>Complete ad‑hoc analysis, commercial projects and provide analytical support during audits as required. </li> </ul> <p>To succeed as our Senior FP&A Analyst you will be a finance professional with a sharp analytical mindset and strong attention to detail, capable of interpreting complex financial data and delivering actionable insights.
