<h2>Job Description</h2><div><div><div></div><p>Carpenters - Multiskilled</p><p>Salary: £34,407.65 per year + Company van</p><p>Hours: 40 hours per week | Permanent</p><p>Location: Ipswich (and surrounding areas)</p><p>Working Pattern: Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm</p><p>Plus rostered on-call Full UK driving licence required</p><p>Are you an experienced carpenter who takes pride in your workmanship and is committed to delivering excellent service as part of our in‑house Repairs Service?</p><p>We are currently recruiting for Carpenters who are confident in their core trade and able or keen to learn and develop additional skills to become fully multiskilled.</p><p>Delivering high‑quality day‑to‑day repairs to tenanted and empty properties, these are the skills we are looking for:</p><ul><li>Kitchen installation</li><li>Installation of internal and external doors</li><li>Fitting skirting boards and architraves</li><li>Repair and maintenance of timber and uPVC windows, including glazing</li><li>Fitting and repairing window and door locks</li><li>You will also be required to carry out additional duties appropriate to the role.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You'll be someone who enjoys practical work and takes real pride in a job well done and no call backs - making a difference to people's homes.
