This person will be a key member of our global team, working directly with our US clients on mission-critical engagements.</p> <p>The Senior UX Designer is responsible for ensuring that the design effort aligns with our client’s business objectives. In particular, this includes working closely with the 3Pillar engagement team and clients to create outstanding designs that delight the end users.The Senior UX Designer will work closely and partner with global delivery teams (Product Management, Engineering, and Program Management) to consult with clients on business challenges; deliver best-of-breed products using Agile practices; and drive growth.šŸš€šŸ’»</p> <p></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><div> <ul> <li> <p>Able to work independently on engagements (i.e., without a 3Pillar UX Lead)</p> </li> <li> <p>Guide work of 1-2 3Pillar UX designers (on larger engagements)</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead UX rituals/meetings (if there's no UX Lead)</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in engagement agile rituals</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure the UX team understands the product vision, mission, goals, values, and user type(s)</p> </li> <li> <p>Explain changes in scope, reprioritizations, implications to junior team members</p> </li> <li> <p>Present and explain design decisions and recommendations to 3Pillar team and client stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Set up and manage engagement tools (Figma, FigJam, etc)Ā </p> </li> <li> <p>Forge strong partnership with PDM, PM, and Engineering</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify risks and escalate appropriatelyĀ </p> </li> <li> <p>Possess strong skills in interaction and visual design</p> </li> <li> <p>Establish tools and processes for the UX team on the engagement</p> </li> <li> <p>Mentor more junior team members</p> </li> <li> <p>Help prepare workshops</p> </li> <li> <p>Help craft client presentations</p> </li> <li> <p>Help create a collaborative team culture</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in technical UX interviews with prospective hires</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in developing internal training and practices</p> </li> <li> <p>Help lead internal training sessions</p> </li> <li> <p>Publish UX content via LinkedIn, Medium, or other channels approximately 4x per year</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate plans, priorities, and status to the client, team members, and internal management as appropriate.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends and emerging technologies such as AI, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.</p> </li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b><div> <ul> <li> <p>At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing UX position</p> </li> <li> <p>At least 3 years of consulting experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in organizational leadership, including experience working with and influencing teams and executive leads</p> </li> <li> <p>A strong track record of problem solving and a ā€œroll up your sleevesā€ mentality</p> </li> <li> <p>Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working with global teamsĀ </p> </li> <li> <p>Highly culturally aware</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in facilitating workshops</p> </li> <li> <p>Relationship builder.
