The role focuses on shaping and delivering data‑driven solutions by defining integration guidelines, translating business requirements into technical deliverables, and ensuring end‑to‑end execution aligns with strategic objectives. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of data architecture and the ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders effectively.</p><p></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p>Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications</p></li><li><p>Design data solutions that align with KYC objectives and the wider data strategy</p></li><li><p>Lead cross‑functional working groups comprising business and IT stakeholders throughout requirements definition and delivery</p></li><li><p>Support developers and testers through design walkthroughs and scenario‑based discussions</p></li><li><p>Produce detailed data and reporting specifications to guide development teams</p></li><li><p>Act as a KYC representative across strategic initiatives and governance forums</p></li><li><p>Own and support the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of data products and APIs</p></li><li><p>Document, maintain, and further develop the KYC Data Strategy</p></li></ul><strong>Required Experience & Skills</strong><ul><li><p>Proven experience in a data, business, or functional analyst role within KYC/AML or financial crime</p></li><li><p>Strong experience of KYC and AML regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of data architecture, data models, and integration principles</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical mindset with effective problem‑solving capabilities</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross‑functional teams</p></li></ul><strong>Nice to Have</strong><ul><li><p>Experience working with data management tools and platforms</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial crime frameworks</p></li><li><p>Previous involvement in large‑scale or enterprise‑wide data transformation initiatives</p></li></ul><p><strong>Our People</strong></p><p>The ideal consultants will share our values and be aligned with our ways of working.
