The successful candidate must have Credit Control experience. This role is office based in their modern offices in Poole, Dorset. Your role will be to effectively manage and control debts. Responsible for collecting invoices and ensuring that credit given to customers is monitored whilst providing excellent customer service. </p> <p>The company prides itself on their customer service and this is a key role within their Business. You will need to be proactive, analytical with excellent communication skills. You must be able to work under pressure, think clearly and act decisively and have good personal organisational skills. Although training will be provided, this candidate will need to be self-motivated and is able to hit the ground running. You will need to be a good listener, a problem solver as well a team player. </p> <p>The successful Credit Controller will: - </p> <ul> <li>Have credit control experience </li> <li>Have customer service experience </li> <li>Be analytical, self-motived, driven and enthusiastic </li> <li>Have excellent communication skills verbal and written </li> <li>Be a highly proficient IT user, including excel, outlook and accounting software </li> <li>Have strong organisational and time management skills </li> <li>Be able to work under pressure with a high volume of workload </li> <li>Be a Team player. </li> </ul> <p>Job duties for Credit Controller: - </p> <ul> <li>Be the first point of contact for customer account queries </li> <li>Reconciliation, managing customer portals and integration </li> <li>Review new and existing accounts for creditworthiness, setting and suggesting appropriate terms and credit limits </li> <li>Effectively review, manage and collect customer accounts prioritising to maximise cash flow whilst minimising risk of exposure </li> <li>Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly and efficiently </li> <li>Produce and distribute customer statement of account </li> <li>Proactive management of new accounts and high value invoices </li> <li>Build effective relationships and rapport with customers and internal contacts </li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service </li> <li>Prepare month end consolidated invoices </li> </ul> </p> #J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: GBP 30500 - 30500 per year Experience: 1 years required
