<h2>Job Description</h2><div><div><div></div><p>Cleaner - Levington Court, Lowestoft<br><br> Salary: £12.77 per hour; £9,963.00 per year<br><br> (FTE £25,239.59 per annum)<br><br> Hours: 15 hours per week; Permanent<br><br> Ref: LC069</p><p>Are you looking for a part-time cleaning role?</p><p>We have a great opportunity to work as a Cleaner in our extra care setting, Levington Court, Lowestoft, Suffolk.</p><p>We're looking for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces across all communal and staff areas- from corridors and stairways to offices, kitchens, and more. You'll also help prepare empty rooms and maintain strong infection‑control standards to ensure a safe, spotless environment for everyone.</p><p><strong>Your duties will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Cleaning in accordance with agreed schedules, covering daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks.</li><li>Being responsible for keeping storage facilities tidy and locked when not in use in accordance with COSHH regulations.</li><li>Being responsible for reporting any items which are becoming worn or damaged and needing replacement.</li><li>Removing and disposing of litter and keep all communal and staff areas tidy.</li><li>Carrying out any other cleaning works as directed by the Service Manager (such as voids).</li></ul><p><strong>More reasons to apply…</strong></p><ul><li>22 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays. It gives the security and privacy of a home with a range of shared facilities on the premises and 24-hour care services if they are needed.
