Director, ABM

  • *Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for our North America Strategics segment to lead and execute ABM strategies targeting high-value strategic accounts. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and aligning marketing efforts with customer’s business and sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of success in ABM.

Job Requirements

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies tailored to high-value strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with sales goals and objectives.
  • Account segmentation determining 1:1, 1:few, or 1:Many tactics
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to co-develop marketing plans, participate in sales meetings, and ensure consistent messaging across teams.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to gain insights into target accounts, track campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on data-driven decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including central marketing, sales, partner, customer success, and other key stakeholders, to ensure a cohesive approach to targeting and engaging strategic accounts.
  • Stay ahead of ABM technology trends, evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to enhance targeting, personalization, and measurement capabilities.
  • Develop and oversee ABM strategies and plans. Leads the creation of ABM Playbook for North America.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently, justify investments, and demonstrate ROI from ABM activities.
  • Serve as a thought leader in ABM, industry marketing, sharing best practices, trends, and insights both internally and externally.
  • Develop and execute customer retention and expansion strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership, highlighting the impact of ABM initiatives on business outcomes and making strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and ethical standards in all ABM practices.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • ABM Certified preferred
  • 12+ years of experience of B2B marketing, including account-based marketing, enterprise marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and senior executives
  • In-depth knowledge of ABM technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to embrace innovation and change.
  • *Compensation**
The target salary range for this position is 198,050 - 233,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
