<h2>Workday Payroll Implementation Analyst</h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Boston, MA (Remote/On-site as applicable)</p><p><strong>Industry:</strong> Healthcare</p><p>Seeking a <strong>Workday Payroll Implementation Analyst</strong> with strong <strong>end-to-end implementation experience</strong> to support key Payroll initiatives. This is a <strong>hands-on, functional role</strong> focused on supporting the Workday Payroll system from design through go-live and post-implementation support.</p><p>In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders and payroll leadership to configure, test, and continuously improve the Workday Payroll platform.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead full-cycle implementations of the <strong>Workday Payroll</strong> system</li><li>Configure payroll elements including <strong>earnings, deductions, taxes, and time tracking rules</strong></li><li>Serve as a functional payroll expert, ensuring compliance with <strong>wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and overtime requirements</strong></li><li>Own testing activities including <strong>test script development, UAT execution, and defect resolution</strong></li><li>Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations</li><li>Manage system changes and enhancements from intake through deployment</li><li>Partner closely with the Payroll Lead to deliver scalable, compliant solutions</li><li>Support reporting, documentation, and end-user training initiatives</li></ul><h3>Required Skills & Experience</h3><ul><li>Workday Payroll experience, with exposure to <strong>Time Tracking and/or UKG Dimensions</strong></li><li>Proven <strong>full-cycle implementation</strong> experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>payroll compliance</strong>, including taxes, wage & hour, and overtime</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>UAT, test scripts, and defect resolution</strong></li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>4+ years</strong> of Workday Payroll or Time & Attendance implementation experience</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead <strong>end-to-end payroll implementations</strong></li><li>Strong functional expertise beyond technical configuration</li><li>Experience working directly with business and Payroll stakeholders</li><li><strong>Healthcare or similarly regulated industry experience</strong> preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong></p><p>This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.</p><p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
