As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with customers to resolve queries, promote services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for lead generation, surveys, feedback, or sales.
Answer inbound customer calls, provide accurate information, and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain call logs and customer records in the CRM system with high accuracy.
Promote products or services and explain their benefits to customers persuasively.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Handle escalations with calmness and provide suitable solutions when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
