Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for the role of BPO Telecaller. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity suitable for candidates at all experience levels—from freshers looking to start their career to seasoned professionals in customer engagement. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with customers to resolve queries, promote services, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for lead generation, surveys, feedback, or sales.

  • Answer inbound customer calls, provide accurate information, and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain call logs and customer records in the CRM system with high accuracy.

  • Promote products or services and explain their benefits to customers persuasively.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

  • Handle escalations with calmness and provide suitable solutions when required.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).

  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

  • Good listening skills and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

Experience

  • Open to freshers and experienced candidates.

  • Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, or telesales is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Comprehensive training will be provided for new joiners.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available:

    • Full-time: 8-hour shifts

    • Part-time: 4-hour shifts

  • Day shifts and rotational shifts based on project requirement.

  • Weekend availability may be required depending on client needs.

  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Adaptability to different types of customers and their needs.

  • Familiarity with call center tools, headsets, and ticketing systems (preferred).

  • Time management and multitasking skills.
