Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is actively hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Voice Process Telecallers in the BPO sector. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless communication experience. This role is ideal for those looking to launch or grow a career in customer support with one of the most rapidly growing sectors in the service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues

  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and standard operating procedures

  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Graduation preferred

  • Proficient in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM

  • Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure

  • Must be customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or telecalling role

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply

  • Prior experience in a BPO or call center is an added advantage

Working Hours:

  • Rotational Shifts (Day/Night) based on project requirements

  • 6-day work week with 1 rotational week off

  • Flexible shifts available for students or part-time applicants

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
