HR Service Jobs is actively hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Voice Process Telecallers in the BPO sector. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless communication experience. This role is ideal for those looking to launch or grow a career in customer support with one of the most rapidly growing sectors in the service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and service level agreements (SLAs)
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Adhere to compliance guidelines and standard operating procedures
Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Graduation preferred
Proficient in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.)
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM
