The Mattapoisett Animal Hospital is a family-oriented three doctor small animal and exotics hospital in southeastern Massachusetts. We are currently seeking a full time veterinary technician and receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a self motivated, hardworking individual, who is fun-loving yet professional. Applicants must be friendly and enjoy working with people as well as with the animals. This is a great opportunity for an applicant that has a flexible schedule and is able to work every other Saturday.

Some of the duties in the hospital include but are not limited to: Familiarity with computers, telephone etiquette, multitasking, ability to be organized, venipuncture, assist in surgery, iv catheter placement, digital radiographs and always being a team player.

We require previous experience in the veterinary field, a cover letter, resume, and three references.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturdays 8am-1pm.
