RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer oaths/affirmations. Execute jurats.
Take acknowledgements and verifications on oaths or affirmations.
Witness or attest signatures. Certify or attest copies. Note protests of negotiable instruments. Arrange or book signings.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:


  • MUST be a U.S. citizen.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.

  • Notary Public certification. A Notary record book and Notary Ink stamp (rectangular) are required.

  • Experience in notarizing loan documents.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented.


JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
