This role provides technical leadership across development, maintenance, and modernization efforts, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with federal standards. The Technical Lead will guide engineering teams, oversee architecture decisions, and support the continuous improvement of applications operating in a cloud-based environment. </p> <p><strong><span
