You will need a CPG background to champion Russell Stover Chocolates and be responsible for creating and executing customer solutions for RSC's Every day and Seasonal offerings. As the Team Leader, you will be instrumental in hiring broker support and managing a cross functional team to create growth by leveraging appropriate mix, promotion and pricing activities. This position reports to the Senior Director of Wholesale Sales and can be located remotely in Minneapolis, MN, or in our Corporate office in Kansas City, MO.What you will be doing...Building the day-to-day relationship with Target buyers, analysts, and item specialistsManaging new item strategy/projects through broker managementCustomer expert capable of driving growth and meeting company objectivesAggressive results-oriented individual with a winning attitude to grow revenue and brand relevance with strategic customers.Negotiating promotional plan using performance analysis, forecasting and planning insight on seasonal and everyday categoriesLeverage trade or budget experience to optimize trade spend to obtain the best ROIExcellent project and time management skills set to proactively lead corporate cross functional groups to meet established timelines and expectationsClear customer objectives and strategic business plan to obtain distribution and Category dollar shareDevelop and execute assortment reviews for key customersDevelop and execute new item presentations to meet current and future objectives.Responsible for Building an annual budget, managing monthly revenue expectations and confirming customer commitmentsLeveraging consumption data with a clear understanding of the customer strategy and landscapeDo you have what it takes?
