What you find at Danaher—and within yourself— might just change the world.</p><p></p><p>As Danaher<b> Talent Acquisition Advisor (f/m/d) </b>you will provide full-cycle recruitment support to its subsidiaries operating in the Diagnostics, Life Sciences and Biotech industries, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support national or international talent acquisition projects as a team member or a project lead.</p><p></p><p>You will be part of the <b>Talent Acquisition DACH/EE Commercial and General & Administrative (G&A) Team</b>, reporting to the<b> Talent Acquisition Manager DACH/EE Commercial + G & A</b> and your role will be<b> remotely based within Germany or Poland or Czech Republic.</b>  </p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will be responsible for:</b></p><ul><li>Lead strategic kick-off meetings to understand the requirements and successfully drive the full recruitment process, incl. leading regular update calls</li><li>Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and coaching hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics</li><li>Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) & roles and cultivate best sourcing strategies and talent pipelines</li><li>Initiate or participate in (inter-)national Talent Acquisition Projects</li><li>Create an exceptional candidate experience by following candidate care initiatives</li></ul><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include:</b></p><ul><li>University's degree or equivalent experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition</li><li>Numerous years of Recruitment experience within the commercial sector (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines) gained in corporate environments or working as RPO</li><li>Experience in leading or participating in (inter-)national recruitment projects and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">stakeholder-management</span></li><li>Excellent communication skills in <b>German </b>and <b>English</b> are a must have.
