As a dynamic global leader with a proven track record of measurable results, you will bring strong leadership and influencing skills to Blackbaud. In this role, reporting to the Head of Corporate Impact, you’ll drive ambitious growth strategies by assembling and leading a high-performing team. As a business level General Manager, you’ll bring end-to-end accountability for all aspects of the YourCause from Blackbaud P&L and accelerate growth of this strategic business within Blackbaud. Your ability to inspire, innovate, and deliver results will be critical in shaping our success on a global scale.

As SVP & General Manager of YourCause from Blackbaud, you will:

Additional Responsibilities and Leadership Traits:

  • Serve as the Senior Executive and General Manager of this strategic business with accountability for strategy, growth, execution, and P&L delivering accretive growth and strong Rule of 40+ performance.

  • Design and execute an ambitious growth strategy focused on doubling the business within the Long‑Range Planning horizon, using AI, data, and experimentation to accelerate outcomes.

  • Build and run an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with urgency, making clear tradeoffs to drive near‑term growth and profitability while investing for durable, long‑term scale.

  • Lead a global, cross‑functional organization (sales, marketing, product, services, customer success) with an operating cadence that drives speed, alignment, and accountability.

  • Instrument the business with the right metrics and dashboards making performance visible, decision‑making faster, and execution sharper.

  • Support our evolving culture of ownership and momentum, setting clear goals, coaching for impact, giving direct feedback, and holding teams accountable.

  • Build deep customer and market intimacy, translating insights into differentiated offerings and go‑to‑market advantage.

  • Partner tightly with Centers of Excellence to ensure enterprise alignment while moving faster than the status quo.

  • Own financial results with rigor—allocating capital wisely and scaling growth efficiently.

  • Partner with Corporate Strategy to identify M&A opportunities and lead post‑acquisition integration to full value realization.

  • Proven AI‑first growth leader. You bring senior executive experience leading growth inside complex, high‑growth organizations across technology, education, and/or the nonprofit ecosystem, with a demonstrated ability to reimagine operating models through data, automation, and AI‑enabled insight.

  • True P&L ownership with bold outcomes. You are a current or recent P&L owner with a track record of accelerating growth, placing smart bets, and delivering outsized results, decisively and learning fast.

  • Scaled global SaaS leadership. You have served at the SVP level (or equivalent) within a global SaaS company ($300M+ in revenue) and have personally led businesses through periods of significant expansion, including successfully doubling revenues under your leadership.

  • Global operating mindset. You have delivered results across North America, Europe, and Asia‑Pacific, navigating scale, complexity, and diverse market dynamics with confidence.

  • End‑to‑end general management expertise. You have led across sales, marketing, product, services, and customer success—aligning teams around a shared operating cadence that prioritizes speed, clarity, and accountability.

  • Builder of growth engines. You have designed and executed ambitious growth strategies, including new monetization models, expansion plays, and operating innovations that drive durable P&L performance.

  • Rule‑of‑40 discipline. You have a strong command of SaaS economics and a proven ability to deliver results through the disciplined combination of top‑line growth and margin expansion.
