    The Town of Plainville is currently seeking a substitute part-time front desk assistant for the Plainville Senior Center. This is a substitute, on-call position with no set schedule; hours will be assigned as needed based on operational demands. Rate of pay is $20.50 per hour. Sick leave is provided consistent with State of Connecticut Regulations, but there are no other benefits associated with this position. This is not a union-eligible post.
    We are seeking someone with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask effectively. Candidates should have strong computer skills and be comfortable using related technology, with attention to detail.
    Qualifications include a minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in a customer service role. Experience working in a senior center, along with a working knowledge of related operations, is preferred.
