Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to define and deliver initiatives that measurably improve acquisition and early retention, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams.
Shape the technical direction of the Sign Up and Demo space by bringing thoughtful opinions, clear rationale, and a willingness to push back when needed - helping us focus on the most meaningful problems.
Elevate the team by mentoring and coaching developers, raising the technical bar, and creating a multiplier effect where your influence improves quality, speed, and confidence across the group.
Champion a culture of experimentation and learning by strengthening our instrumentation, feedback loops, and use of AI tools - helping us move faster, learn quicker, and continuously improve how we work.
What Experience We Need

It reflects the full growth journey someone might take in the role, from developing skills early on to becoming highly proficient and ultimately achieving excellence.
Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, which for this role represents an annual salary of $188,100 . A starting salary below this typically indicates a candidate with strong potential who is still developing key skills. Salaries above this usually apply to existing team members who have made a significant impact and bring deep Jane‑specific knowledge.
