This Include compelling and branded graphics and video, well-crafted written direction, and effective storytelling to drive high participation rates and learning outcomes in company LMS. This role also requires support in maintaining awareness of <span>emerging learning technologies and AI trends</span></span></p><br><p><b><u>WHAT YOU WILL DO</u></b></p><ul><li>Provide instructional design support to all members of the training team</li><li>Facilitate collaboration between training, operations, and technology teams to ensure documentation and training reflect real-world workflows and system usage.</li><li>Establish and manage workstream cadences with departmental stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) proactively updating training materials, documentation, and knowledge assets to maintain accuracy and relevance.</li><li>Curate and maintain a centralized knowledge base of operational documentation, system documentation, job aids, and training materials aligned with departmental processes and LMS learning paths.</li><li>Support the sustainment and lifecycle management of all training and knowledge content.</li><li>Apply instructional strategies for adaptive and personalized learning<b>,</b> using learner data and system feedback when available</li><li>Build out interactive, blended learning, incorporating graphics and/or videos using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)</li><li>Review and test final product for errors and ensure final course meets the learning objectives</li><li>Explore / identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging learning technologies to enhance documentation development, content curation, learner engagement, tagging, search optimization and knowledge accessibility.</li></ul><br><p><b><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></b></p><p><b>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</b></p><ul><li>Articulate, discuss, and apply current instructional design processes theories, methodologies, and best practices</li><li>Develop design documents, storyboards, scripts, and assessment tools</li><li>Design and build with Articulate and Adobe Creative Suite, including Storyline 360 and Rise, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop and other technology-based authoring tools with minimal support adhering to SCORM standards/specifications</li><li>Ability to interpret system functionality, user workflows, and application GUIs and convert that understanding into effective learning experiences, job aids, and performance</li><li>Translate written content into visual descriptions (graphics, animations, interactive charts and graphs, video-based scenarios)</li><li>Exhibit strong problem-solving and business acumen skills</li><li>Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Adapt quickly and easily to changing project requirements and needs</li><li>Manage multiple priorities, project deadlines, and individual project objectives</li><li>Work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Communicate openly, providing timely status updates on deliverables progress</li><li>Be a team player</li></ul><br><p><b>Education/Experience:</b></p><p>.</p><ul><li>HS Diploma required</li><li>Bachelors degree or art school certificate in Instructional Design, graphic design preferred</li><li></li><li>1-3 years experience years Instructional design experience required</li><li>2+ years experience background in videography, photography, or graphic design preferred</li><li>A portfolio of learning graphic and/or video projects required</li><li>2+ years experience knowledge of typography, color theory, and basic principles of graphic design required</li><li>2+ years Hospitality and/or Customer Service experience required</li><li>2+ years experience proficiency in Adobe's Creative Suite-including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, or After Effects required</li><li>2+ Microsoft SharePoint</li><li>2+ years experience Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) required</li></ul><p><br> </p><p><b><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</u></b></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
