All of your good work will help elevate and maintain Target as one of the world’s most recognized and best-loved retail brands.</p><p>As a <b>Sr. Financial Analyst – Regional Replenishment Controller,</b> you’ll serve as a strategic finance partner supporting the financial and operational performance of Target’s regional replenishment distribution center network. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the Group Vice President and Senior Site Directors across the region to influence decision-making, identify opportunities, and drive operational and financial outcomes across one of the most critical areas of Target’s supply chain operation.</p><p>You’ll play a key role in supporting Target’s evolving supply chain strategy as the business continues to scale toward a faster, more efficient, and increasingly integrated supply chain network. Reporting to the Director of Field Replenishment Finance, you’ll help shape financial strategy and operational performance through forecasting, analytics, scenario modeling, and cross-functional partnership across Supply Chain, FP&A, Inventory Management, and Operations teams.</p><p>Success in this role requires curiosity, strong business partnership, and a willingness to engage directly with the operation. This role will present the opportunity to travel to regional replenishment distribution centers, partner closely with field leadership teams, and learn the operation firsthand to better influence financial and operational performance.</p><p>This role is ideal for a highly analytical and motivated problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working through ambiguity, and wants meaningful exposure to enterprise supply chain operations and senior leadership. You’ll be challenged to think strategically, simplify complex problems, and bring data-driven insights that influence decisions across the network. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.</p><p><b>About you:</b></p><ul><li>4-year college degree or equivalent experience (4 or more years) in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related business field</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights</li><li>Ability to work independently and build effective partnerships across multiple leadership levels, including executive and field leadership</li><li>Natural curiosity to ask questions, identify trends and outliers, and continuously improve tools, processes, and reporting routines</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences</li><li>Experience with financial forecasting, reporting, business case development, and performance analysis preferred</li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills preferred</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally within Supply Chain, Operations, FP&A, Inventory Management, or related business areas preferred</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 10% to engage directly with field operations and regional leadership teams</li></ul><p>This position will operate as a<b> Hybrid/Flex for Your Day</b> work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
