How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for the practical control of the Logistics Order Flow within the Distribution Center in cooperation with your colleagues in Operations and the Supervisors. This role will be based in Euless, TX.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Inspects incoming shipments to assure that items and quantity are correct.
  • Regularly uses scales, CRT units, a variety of hand and power tools, automatic storage and retrieval systems to complete required duties to stock and pull materials in a safe and orderly manner.
  • Completes required documentation and/or enters transactions into inventory system
  • Daily Creating & Prioritization of Shipments
  • Distribution of Shipments' Picking Lists to the Warehouse Operation. Ensuring specific customer requests and instructions are carried out in terms of packaging and shipping.
  • Arranging Shipments to realize cost effective transportation within scheduled ship dates
  • Handling and monitoring the Daily On-Time Performance of the Order Flow according to Scheduled Goods Issue Date
  • Communication and Core Link between CSR, Planning and the Warehouse Operation – good insight to the Logistic Flow
  • Checking / Examining Backlog reports and having updated shipment status on overdue shipments
  • Providing Estimated Weights and Dimensions for Freight Options
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a shipping/logistics role.
  • High School Diploma
  • Systems: SAP, Microsoft Office Programs (especially Excel, Outlook and Word).
  • Certified to use fork lift, pallet jack, or other material handling equipment to load/unload materials.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift, with assistance, up to 100 pounds.
