The Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering sessions to capture the detail needed to design solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Be able to write effective user stories for developers and support the technical team. Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders and the implementation team. Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect to identify ways to reduce efforts and ensure all business and design requirements are met. Lead quality management reviews, support test plan development, and organizational change management.
