Meet with SME’s to capture relevant data that is not documented. Walkthrough key processes and demos.</li><li>Map current operational processes and validate results with processes owners.</li><li>Identify opportunities for efficiency, redundancies, rework, etc.</li><li>Prepare and present process maps, flowcharts, swim lanes, decision trees and general findings to the Service Operations Leadership Team during the project lifecycle.</li><li>Present final results to the Managing Director.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What you bring</b></p><ul><li>Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering or Operations Management from an accredited college or university.</li><li>Undergraduate students coursing junior year or above. Graduate students can participate on freshman year.</li><li>Available to start Summer 2026.</li><li>Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.</li><li>Total quality management, process improvements, efficiency courses, a plus.</li><li>Fully bilingual; oral and written skills.</li><li>Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>Proficiency in Lucid Chart.</li><li>Analytical skills to think through processes and reach conclusions based on data and information.</li><li>Must have the legal right to work in the United States.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Our success begins and ends with our people.
