Senior Solution Architect C13 VP JERSEY CITY

The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for developing detailed technical designs, supporting the implementation teams, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards within the Finance Technology transformation program. This role will work closely with Lead Solution Architects, focusing on specific components and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Implementation

  • Detailed Design Development: Translate high-level architectural designs into detailed technical specifications for specific components or features within the Oracle SaaS ecosystem, data pipelines, or reconciliation processes.
  • Implementation Support: Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are built according to architectural designs.
  • Component Integration: Design and implement integration patterns between various systems, including upstream product processors, ADTS (Accounting Data Transformation Service), Oracle SaaS modules, and downstream consumption systems (e.g., Pub/Sub).
  • Data Flow Implementation: Focus on the detailed implementation of data flows, ensuring accurate data transformation, mapping, and transfer across different stages (e.g., Front Office to BA AR, Ledger Balances).
Collaboration & Standards Adherence
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work effectively with developers, testers, product owners, and other architects to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for assigned architectural components, including system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and API specifications.
  • Best Practices: Ensure that all technical solutions adhere to architectural best practices, security guidelines (e.g., OCI Console Admin Access, Key Management and Data Encryption), and Citi's internal standards.
Problem Solving & Optimization
  • Technical Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to architectural components, integrations, and data processing.
  • Performance Tuning: Identify opportunities for performance optimization within technical solutions and contribute to their implementation.
  • Learning & Development: Stay abreast of new technologies, particularly in the Oracle SaaS and cloud architecture space, and apply relevant advancements to ongoing projects.

  • 6-10 years relevant experience

Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
