<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3">About the team</span></h2>As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and inclusive interview experience. You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, using advanced scheduling tools to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation throughout the candidate journey.<br><br>You Will Get To:<br>Coordinate and manage complex, high-volume interview schedules using automated tools integrated with Workday, Outlook, and Zoom.<br>Serve as the primary contact for virtual, multi-day, and panel interviews, ensuring accurate setup and clear communication.<br>Manage scheduling actions, including reschedules, substitutions, and cancellations, while maintaining data accuracy.<br>Troubleshoot scheduling issues such as availability conflicts, time zone discrepancies, and automation errors.<br>Communicate proactively with recruiters and interviewers to prevent conflicts and ensure clarity.<br>Track interview feedback, NDA signatures, and other hiring documentation to maintain compliance.<br>Mentor and train Recruiting Coordinators on best practices for automation, calendar management, and candidate communication.<br>Lead or participate in initiatives to improve team efficiency and candidate satisfaction.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3">About the role</span></h2><p><span>At Zillow, our Talent Acquisition team is transforming how we hire by leveraging technology to simplify and elevate every step of the process.
