Location: Hybrid / Home:Based (London Hub for Induction and Occasional Visits)<br>Salary: A GBP 50,000<br>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join a dynamic, multi-site organisation operating within a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to take ownership of core infrastructure and cloud services, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology platforms that support business growth and performance.<br>You will play a key role in both day to day operations and strategic infrastructure development, working closely with internal teams and third party providers to deliver high quality IT services.<br>The Role<br>As a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, administration, optimisation, and support of infrastructure and cloud environments. You will provide advanced technical expertise, lead on complex issue resolution, and contribute to ongoing improvements across systems, security, and service delivery.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Provide advanced support across infrastructure and cloud services, managing incidents through to resolution and root cause analysis<br>Administer and optimise core platforms including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID)<br>Maintain secure, resilient systems through proactive monitoring, patching, automation, and robust change control processes<br>Support networking, virtualisation, security, and disaster recovery environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and governance standards<br>Lead infrastructure projects, develop PowerShell automation, and produce clear documentation while promoting knowledge sharing across the team<br>Experience<br>5+ years experience in infrastructure engineering or senior technical support, ideally within retail, hospitality, or leisure environments<br>Deep technical expertise across Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems<br>Strong experience with cloud and hybrid environments, security tooling, and virtualisation technologies<br>Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation, with a solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs)<br>Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a focus on service quality<br>Confident communicator with experience mentoring junior team members and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders<br>#J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: GBP 50000 - 50000 per year Experience: 5 years required
