Job Summary

Bell Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic global team. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a key role in driving strategic business decisions. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable insights and system solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units to understand their goals, processes, and challenges.

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements using interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

  • Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and propose technology-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various time zones to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Support testing and validation activities, including UAT coordination and post-implementation reviews.

  • Produce detailed business documentation, workflows, and reports for stakeholders and senior management.

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Strong experience in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation.

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Advanced proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels across global teams.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

  • Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.

  • Prior experience with telecom or large-scale enterprise projects is a strong asset.

  • Exposure to working with distributed global teams and across time zones.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week).

  • Flexible schedule to accommodate collaboration with global teams (occasional early morning or late evening meetings may be required).

  • 100% remote — work from any location with stable internet access.
