SAP Finance Integration & Reporting Lead

<p>We are seeking a full-time SAP Finance Integration & Reporting Lead to drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of global financial reporting and integration processes.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a long-term strategic role, responsible not only for supporting the transition from Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to OneStream, but also for continuously evolving and optimizing the company’s global finance integration and reporting landscape across SAP ECC and Kinetic ERP.</p><p><br></p><p>You will own the design, governance, and ongoing enhancement of financial data structures, reporting standards, and system integrations, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and future-ready solutions. This role serves as a key bridge between Finance and IT and plays a critical part in shaping the enterprise finance systems roadmap.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Global Financial Reporting Ownership & Continuous Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Own and govern global financial reporting standards across SAP ECC and Kinetic ERP</li><li>Lead the continuous optimization and improvement of financial reporting processes, structures, and data models</li><li>Drive harmonization across regions (North America, EU, APAC, LATAM) and eliminate ongoing deviations</li><li>Establish and maintain global standards for:</li><li>Financial dimensions</li><li>Statutory and management reporting structures</li><li>Master data governance</li><li>Continuously assess and enhance reporting frameworks to meet evolving business, regulatory, and analytics needs</li></ul><p><strong>Finance Systems Integration & Transformation</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a core internal leader for the HFM → OneStream transformation</li><li>Ensure SAP and Kinetic are structured as robust, governed source systems</li><li>Beyond initial implementation, own the continuous optimization and stability of integrations between:</li><li>SAP ECC</li><li>Kinetic ERP</li><li>OneStream and future platforms</li><li>Define and enforce integration standards, data quality controls, and reconciliation processes</li><li>Drive ongoing improvements, automation, and efficiency gains in finance integrations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or related</li><li>Minimum 5 years in technical and functional architecture and design of SAP ECC FI/CO</li><li>Technical conversion experience a plus</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC FI/CO</li><li>Proven experience in global financial reporting standardization and optimization</li><li>Solid knowledge of US GAAP</li><li>Experience in multinational, multi-entity environments</li><li>Demonstrated ability to own and continuously improve enterprise solutions</li><li>Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC FI/CO</li><li>Proven experience in global financial reporting standardization and optimization</li><li>Solid knowledge of US GAAP</li><li>Experience in multinational, multi-entity environments</li><li>Demonstrated ability to own and continuously improve enterprise solutions</li><li>Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
