We offer a flexible remote environment, competitive compensation, and a friendly, collaborative, and fast-growing team culture.</p><p><b>About The Role </b></p><p>Pozotron is looking for a full-time Sales Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day Sales and Customer Success operations.</p><p>This is an operational and coordination-focused role, centred on supporting daily workflows and ensuring processes run smoothly as we scale. You will play a key role in keeping communication, demos, and CRM activities organized, consistent, and efficient.</p><p>The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, with a focus on execution and process reliability. You should also have a strong eye for identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, and be comfortable working within (and improving) structured systems.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>1. Email Communication & Campaign Support</b></p><ul><li>Manage and support ongoing communication with leads (inbound and outbound)</li><li>Work with and adapt existing email templates</li><li>Ensure consistent outreach and timely follow-ups</li><li>Support the execution of email campaigns and sequences</li></ul><p><b>2. Demo Coordination & Execution</b></p><ul><li>Schedule demos and manage calendars</li><li>Run product demos, primarily for B2C customers</li><li>Ensure a smooth and professional demo experience</li><li>Accurately log call notes and outcomes in CRM</li></ul><p><b>3. CRM Support (HubSpot)</b></p><ul><li>Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records</li><li>Ensure consistency in data entry and notes</li><li>Support daily CRM operations within established workflows</li></ul><p><b>4.
