You will develop new content, update existing resources, and monitor regulatory developments to ensure both our content library and regulatory monitoring tool remain accurate and up to date. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys deep research, writing, and working with complex regulatory material.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul> <li>Research, interpret, and translate complex financial regulations, laws, and guidance into clear, concise, and actionable content for diverse audiences.</li> <li>Ensure all content is accurate, up to date with current regulations, and tailored to meet the needs of the specific audience.</li> <li>Collaborate with other content developers and subject matter experts to review and verify the accuracy of training content.</li> <li>Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and enforcement actions to ensure timely updates to compliance content.</li> <li>Summarize and incorporate regulatory developments into our regulatory monitoring tool in a clear, structured format.</li> <li>Assist in the design, development, and review of compliance- and product-related training courses.</li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li> 3+ years in financial services compliance or a related role.</li> <li>Working knowledge of U.S. securities regulations.</li> <li>Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills—ability to explain complex concepts simply.</li> <li>Experience writing or editing compliance, regulatory, or technical content strongly preferred.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li> <li> Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.</li> </ul><div><strong>Preferred Skills and Experience:</strong></div><ul> <li>Experience developing compliance and training content for regulated industries.</li> <li>Experience working in a broker-dealer and/or RIA compliance function.</li> <li>Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>J.D. or equivalent legal/regulatory background preferred.</li> <li> Writing samples may be requested.</li> </ul><div> <strong>About Us:<br></strong>CFM Partners GRC, Inc. helps organizations strengthen governance, manage risk, and build a lasting culture of compliance.
