At Shell Energy, you’ll be able to apply and develop your skills and knowledge as part of a collaborative team that’s helping to innovate. </p> <p>This is a great opportunity to join our Operations Team as a Registrations Analyst. </p> <p>The role will cover both Electricity and Gas B2B supply customers, coordinating and managing the registrations process to deliver the first bill to the customer accurately and in a timely manner. It is also necessary to liaise with third parties including other suppliers, as well as directly with the customer to resolve any queries or issues. You will need strong IT and data analysis skills with the ability to handle and manipulate large volumes of data accurately. </p> <p>The Team is focused on delivering operational efficiency to underpin the delivery of “best in class” experiences to our business customers and own and lead operational process, data flows efficiency and metering service delivery. </p> <h2>What You’ll Be Doing </h2> <ul> <li>Delivering the transfer and registration of B2B supplies to Shell Energy in line with agreed contract start date and within supplier obligated timescales on this transfer. </li> <li>Successfully manage of our industry obligations within the Faster Switching Framework, to ensure there are no compliance breaches. </li> <li>Engaging successfully with Industry Third Parties and Customers to successfully onboard to Shell Energy, ensuring this is a positive experience and removes any requirement for rework. </li> <li>Be the subject matter expert within the Shell Energy onboarding team to ensure the seamless transfer of high revenue (>£5m per annum), multi-site Industrial & Commercial portfolios to Shell Energy. </li> <li>Confirm initial account set-up to support timely first bill execution and maximise data quality. </li> <li>Applying Industry knowledge to resolve exceptions in agent appointments, meter technical details and opening and closing reads, which will support a successful transfer to Shell Energy. </li> <li>Resolving read disputes & erroneous transfers which will allow in line with agreed contract start date. </li> <li>Effectively manage the process to release sites moving to a new supplier, demonstrating commercial awareness of contract and account balance status. </li> <li>Accurately maintaining information within internal (Junifer & AFMS) and external systems. </li> <li>Develop & maintain a good understating of systems & processes and suggest improvements where identified. </li> <li>Provision of weekly and monthly reporting to support delivery of business performance targets. </li> <li>Communicating clearly and proactively to customers and their third-party intermediaries, on the transfer and registration of their sites with Shell Energy. </li> </ul> <h2>What You Bring </h2> <ul> <li>Knowledge of the B2B gas and power supply industry, particularly industry data flows that support the transfer of meter points between suppliers. </li> <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. </li> <li>Great communicator – strong interpersonal skills. </li> <li>A team player and be able to build effective working relationship with internal & external colleagues. </li> <li>Enthusiastic and self‑driven, able to achieve agreed deadlines. </li> <li>Flexible – you can adapt as the role, business and industry develops. </li> </ul> <h2>What We Offer </h2> <ul> <li>Progress as a person as we work on the energy transition together. </li> <li>Continuously grow the transferable skills you need to get ahead. </li> <li>Work at the forefront of technology, trends, and practices. </li> <li>Collaborate with experienced colleagues with unique expertise. </li> <li>Achieve your balance in a values‑led culture that encourages you to be the best version of yourself. </li> <li>Benefit from flexible working hours, and the possibility of remote/mobile working. </li> <li>Perform at your best with a competitive starting salary and annual performance‑related salary increase – our pay and benefits packages are considered to be among the best in the world. </li> <li>Take advantage of paid parental leave, including for non‑birthing parents. </li> <li>Join an organisation working to become one of the most diverse and inclusive in the world.
