<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Campus is launching an Associate of Science in Healthcare Administration and is seeking a Program Director to design, build, and scale the program nationally.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a role for someone who wants to reimagine what healthcare administration education can look like in a modern, technology-enabled healthcare system and reach students across the country. This is not a maintenance role. You will build the program with support from a strong internal team and remain directly engaged in instruction to stay grounded in the student and faculty experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Program Leadership & Strategy</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define and own the vision for a modern Healthcare Administration program designed for national reach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build a program that prepares students for entry-level roles, career mobility, and transfer pathways.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as the academic and strategic leader for the program internally and externally.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Curriculum Design & Academic Leadership</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the design, launch, and ongoing evolution of the curriculum in partnership with Campus’s curriculum and academic operations teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bring direct experience designing and leading higher education curriculum to guide program structure, rigor, and standards.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own program learning outcomes, course sequencing, assessment strategy, and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure curriculum is workforce-aligned, accreditation- and regulation-compliant, scalable, and integrated with healthcare technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate healthcare administration competencies into high-quality online coursework with faculty and curriculum designers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure curriculum is implemented effectively within the Campuswire platform.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Apply prior higher education teaching and academic leadership experience to set expectations for instructional quality and student experience.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Faculty Management</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Recruit, onboard, and support qualified healthcare administration faculty.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set expectations for instructional quality, consistency, and student experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide academic leadership, guidance, and feedback as the program scales.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Teaching & Faculty Engagement</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Teach courses within the Healthcare Administration program on a regular basis to remain closely connected to student needs, learning challenges, and outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use firsthand teaching experience to inform curriculum decisions, faculty guidance, and program improvements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stay grounded in faculty workload, instructional realities, and best practices for online and synchronous learning.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Industry Alignment & Partnerships</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with Campus’s Business Development team to build and maintain healthcare employer and placement and upward mobility.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with internal teams on career readiness, employer alignment, and transfer pathways.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use student outcome data to drive continuous program improvement.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Accreditation & Compliance</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead alignment with ACCJC, BPPE, Department of Education, and other applicable regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support approvals, documentation, and review cycles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure curriculum, faculty qualifications, and instructional practices are compliant and defensible.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-Functional Program Launch & Growth</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Marketing to support program positioning and go-to-market efforts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create academic and program materials to support Admissions, Student Success, Career Services, and faculty teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate across the organization to ensure a clean launch and national scalability.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience designing and leading an academic program in Healthcare Administration or a closely related healthcare field.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience teaching in higher education, with comfort instructing courses directly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of healthcare systems, administrative workflows, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior responsibility for curriculum design, faculty leadership, and academic quality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience translating workforce and employer needs into academic programs.</p></li><li><p
