Job Description

We're seeking a passionate Part-Time Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is your chance to shape the future of EGA Experiences in the city, working closely with local musicians, iconic venues, and our dedicated team to deliver exceptional events. The role is heavily weekend-focused (Friday–Sunday events) with flexible weekday planning hours.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including pre-production, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up
  • Manage teams of up to 10 staff and coordinate with multiple vendors, leveraging EGA's strong network of local service providers
  • Build and maintain relationships with Singapore musicians, venues, and local authorities to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Ensure every event delivers a memorable experience for audiences, reflecting EGA's commitment to quality and local culture
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote events via and social media (@ega.singapore )
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and logistics to keep events on track and within scope
Event frequency: 1–2 events per month initially (mainly Friday evenings + weekend matinees), scaling to 3–4 per month.

Qualifications

  • Can-do attitude and passion to deliver unforgettable experience events
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's live performance and entertainment scene
  • Excellent stress management and problem-solving skills to handle fast-paced event environments
  • Fluency in English (Mandarin or other local languages a plus) to engage with local stakeholders
  • Passion for live entertainment and a drive to create experiences that resonate with Singapore audiences
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram) for event promotion is a bonus

Remuneration

Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer (negotiable based on experience) + performance bonus per successful event + full reimbursement of event-related expenses.
