This facility is seeking a Neurology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday, full time coverage · Practice Setting: Outpatient · Type of cases and required procedures: bread-and-butter practice seeing patients with migraines, Parkinson, MS, follow-up stroke, seizures, neuropathy, etcetera · Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic · Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and must be board certified · Licensure required: must have an active Wisconsin license or Interstate Medical License Compact Letter of Qualification IMLCC LOQ)
