Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NetApp Contractor to support storage infrastructure administration, maintenance, and optimization activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with NetApp storage technologies and enterprise support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support NetApp storage environments including ONTAP, NAS, and SAN technologies.
  • Perform storage provisioning, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Support backup, replication, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and storage connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure system reliability and availability.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow operational best practices.

Required Certifications:

  • NetApp Hybrid Cloud
