<p>This is a remote position.</p> We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to manage paid advertising campaigns across our client portfolio. This is a performance-focused role — you plan, launch, optimise, and report on paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, and you are held accountable to measurable client outcomes.<br> <br> Job Type: Full-Time<br> Location: Remote (Worldwide)<br> Working Hours: MST (Mountain Standard Time)<br> <br> Key Responsibilities<br> <br> Campaign Planning & Launch<br> - Plan and launch paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for assigned client accounts<br> - Build campaign architecture: structure, targeting, audience segmentation, bidding strategy, and creative briefs<br> - Set up and validate conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, UTMs) before every launch<br> - Define campaign KPIs upfront and confirm measurement framework with account managers<br> <br> Performance Management & Optimisation<br> - Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise toward agreed KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion volume<br> - Diagnose performance drops quickly — isolate root causes and apply targeted fixes<br> - Manage budgets proactively: pace correctly, reallocate based on performance, flag overspend risks early<br> - Run ongoing A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages — document and apply learnings<br> <br> Reporting & Communication<br> - Deliver clear, accurate performance reports on an agreed cadence — results-first with context and next steps<br> - Translate campaign data into plain-language client updates via the account management team<br> - Maintain accurate documentation of campaign changes, test results, and optimisation decisions<br> - Identify and communicate risks before they impact client outcomes — proactively<br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> Requirements<br> - 3+ years managing paid media campaigns for client accounts (agency experience strongly preferred)<br> - Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $5,000+ per client account<br> - Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads at a professional level<br> - Proficiency with Looker Studio or equivalent for client-facing reporting dashboards<br> - Working knowledge of landing page optimisation and CRO principles<br> - Availability to work full-time in MST hours<br> <br> Nice to Have<br> - Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms<br> - Background diagnosing and turning around underperforming ad accounts<br> - Strong written English for internal documentation and campaign notes<br> <br> Additional Information<br> - Remote role – open worldwide<br> - Full-time position (no freelance)<br> - Competitive salary based on experience<br> - Immediate start<br> <br> How to Apply<br> Submit your CV and at least one specific campaign result (platform, budget, your role, and measurable outcome).
