External applicants must be eligible to work in the US. </span></span></p><p> </p><br><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Your Role:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">The Manufacturing Supervisor position primarily involves the safe and efficient manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API’s) according to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. The role of Production Scientist, Associate is a lab-based role primarily focused on executing required production operations to support the end users and patients of the compounds produced at MilliporeSigma. These responsibilities include but are not limited to executing existing production procedures, updating supporting documents, and maintaining the safety and quality of the manufacturing environment. This position is for B shift. (Thursday – Sunday 6:30am – 7:00pm, then Friday – Sunday 6:30am – 7:00pm)</span></p><ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Serve as the primary operator for project execution in kilo and production API manufacturing.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Ensure adherence to Verona/Madison procedures and maintain accurate cGMP records.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Apply strong knowledge of synthetic and process chemistry to support manufacturing activities.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Coordinate cross-department workflow to ensure timely completion of manufacturing projects and PD scale-up/tech transfer.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and recruit/export cross-training as needed.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT, and other regulatory guidelines;
