We help our members with care navigation, doula support, assistance with lactation, nutrition, housing, transportation and a wide range of other needs. We leverage technology to support our virtual engagement that allows us to meet all our moms where they are.</p> <p>We ensure that our members have trusted sources for support, resources, and information throughout their pregnancy, delivery and well into postpartum. Nadia Care does not replace the primary obstetrician or doctor’s relationships. You will sit at the heart of our revenue-generating efforts. You aren't just managing software; you are architecting the systems that allow us to scale the marketing and outreach function, making you a critical stakeholder in our long-term success. The <strong>Marketing Operations Manager</strong> will manage the marketing & outreach workflows, automations, and campaigns, to ensure both the funnel and the Outreach team’s productivity is continuously optimized.</p> <p>Travel Requirements: up to 2x per year</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Marketing Automation & Campaign Management</p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and test complex automated workflows to support the member journey, such as lead outreach, winback campaigns, and event lead processing.</li> <li>Execute marketing campaigns with a focus on continuous improvement through ongoing optimizations and rigorous gap analysis.</li> <li>Oversee lead form management and routing to ensure seamless handoffs between marketing and sales/outreach teams.</li> <li>Identify gaps and drop-offs in the lead journey and deploy targeted interventions</li> <li>Design and execute A/B tests and continuous experimentation</li> </ul> <p>CRM Administration & Data Integrity</p> <ul> <li>Manage property and record hygiene within HubSpot to ensure data remains clean, segmented, and actionable.</li> <li>Build and maintain automated property updates to reduce manual data entry and improve reporting accuracy.</li> <li>Develop and implement field account management use cases to support the field team’s KPIs and standardize outreach to and nurturing of accounts</li> </ul> <p>Phone Outreach Operations & Tooling</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the technical lead for the phone system integration, managing phone number provisioning, Caller ID settings, IVRs, and voicemail configurations.</li> <li>Identity workflow optimizations to increase efficiency and enrollments per day</li> <li>Create and maintain custom Views for the Phone Outreach team to streamline their daily workflows and prioritize high-value tasks.</li> <li>Standardize operations by developing SOPs and comprehensive playbooks for both Phone and Field outreach teams to ensure consistency and scalability.</li> </ul> <p>Strategic Evaluation</p> <ul> <li>Continually evaluate Nadia Care’s current marketing and sales tech stack against organizational needs to identify inefficiencies.</li> <li>Research and recommend new technologies or process improvements that align with the long-term growth and scaling of Nadia Care.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of experience in D2C or B2B2C, preferably within the healthcare industry</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field</li> <li>Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including workflow and campaign management, integrations, and data governance</li> <li>Experience working with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io</li> <li>Proven experience in executing automated marketing campaigns and workflows across multiple channels, including but not limited to: sms, email, and direct mail</li> <li>Experience leveraging data analytics for decision-making</li> <li>Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and data teams</li> <li>Comfortable navigating uncertainty, problem-solving in real time, and wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.</li> <li>Committed to Nadia’s mission to improve maternal health outcomes for all communities, especially high-risk communities.</li> </ul> <p>Compensation range for this position is between $105K-115K.
