This is a hands-on role, finding "unfindable" talent who understand the nuances of the AI ecosystem and the data needs for the AI age.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for a <strong>seasoned recruiter</strong> who views recruiting as a high-stakes engineering problem. You will serve as the strategic partner to our founders and leadership, building a talent density that identifies and brings onboard that top 1% of world-class people.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Full-Stack Execution:</strong> Especially in the early days, you will work as a team of one.
