Junior Customer Insight Analyst

Overview<br>With a rapidly growing loyalty programme and constant drive to deliver personalised customer experiences across all retail channels, Space NK is looking for a Junior Customer Insight Analyst on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with limited industry or placement experience looking to progress their career as an Analyst in the thriving beauty retail sector.<br>Main Duties And Responsibilities<br>Generate insights and recommend actions that help to retain our customers<br>Ownership of campaign reporting for data sharing programme<br>Work closely with the Senior Customer Insight Analyst to deliver action-orientated insights to the business and our brand partners within the data sharing programme<br>Analysis of our CRM campaigns across all marketing channels including the post campaign analysis to ensure ROI on activity<br>Continuously improve existing reporting methods within the Space NK business using data visualisation and advanced techniques in SQL, Microsoft Excel and the provision of QlikSense dashboards<br>Present engaging insights and recommendations to all levels of the business<br>Experience Required<br>A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or related field<br>Previous analytical experience gained either through a degree placement or other analytical role desired<br>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information<br>Strong IT and analytical software skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Index match etc.)<br>Experience of programming languages, ideally SQL<br>Experience of using data visualisation software is preferable but not essential (e.g. Qlik Sense, Tableau)<br>Strong presentation skills and experience in generating and sharing meaningful customer insights across business categories and to multiple stakeholders to drive business decisions and trading plans<br>Personal Attributes<br>A curious, analytical, problem-solving mindset, able to quickly make sense of a complex data environment involving multiple brands and territories.<br>Great technical knowledge with the ability to pick up working with new platforms is essential<br>A clear, concise communicator with confidence to present and influence stakeholders<br>Present your analysis in a way that is accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions<br>The ability to focus on the detail, but also grasp the bigger picture<br>Versatile with the ability to apply a broad skill-set to a range of applications<br>A solid understanding of the drivers behind retail and e-commerce businesses and the core values within a luxury brand<br>Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude<br>High level of numeracy and attention to detail<br>Excellent personal and organisational skills<br>Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
