Value Wholesaler Inc, a leading Windows & Doors manufacturer in the Southern California area is currently hiring for an Inventory Control Analyst in Moreno Valley, CA.

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the inventory control operations through data analysis, reporting, and coordination. This role ensures efficient and accurate inventory management by monitoring inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and supporting process improvements. The Inventory Control Analyst collaborates with various departments to ensure the availability of materials and adherence to company inventory policies.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Inventory Control Manager

Essential Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze inventory transactions and trends to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
  • Assist in tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, movement, and issuance of inventory items.
  • Conduct routine audits to verify inventory accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and document findings.
  • Ensure data integrity in ERP systems through timely and accurate inventory data entry and updates.
  • Analyze inventory levels and provide reports on items that approach minimum and maximum thresholds.
  • Prepare and distribute inventory reports and summaries to stakeholders, including variance analysis and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to support inventory put-away, cycle counting, and stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Maintain documentation for internal and external audits; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory planning, forecasting, and improvement initiatives as directed by the Inventory Control Manager.
  • Assist in writing SOPs and documenting inventory processes.
  • Provide support during physical inventory and cycle counts, including pre- and post-count analysis.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of inventory control or inventory analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with supply chain principles and inventory management best practices.

Training & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • APICS or similar inventory/supply chain certification is a plus.
  • Training in Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
  • Bilingual ability in Chinese is a plus.
