The Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving company growth by converting inbound leads into qualified, scheduled appointments for our outside sales team.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a structured environment, values performance metrics, and enjoys meaningful conversations with homeowners. You’ll work closely with leadership, use proven systems, and have a direct impact on company success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage inbound prospects to understand their project needs and goals
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments with precision and professionalism
  • Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Accurately manage and update customer information within our CRM
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and SMS/MMS
  • Represent the company brand with integrity, confidence, and clarity

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales or relevant customer-facing experience (required)
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas
  • Strong phone presence with high-volume calling experience
  • CRM proficiency (LeadPerfection or similar platforms preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
